Yes — PestPro is completely free to use. Create your company, invite your team, and manage unlimited jobs at no cost. No credit card, no trial, no catch.
What platforms does it run on?
PestPro is available as a native iOS app on iPhone and iPad, and as a web app accessible from any modern browser. Your data syncs across all platforms in real time.
How do I add technicians to my team?
Go to Team → Invite, generate an invite code, and share it with your technician. They enter the code during sign-up and are instantly added to your company. No email verification wait.
Can technicians use the app in the field?
Absolutely. Technicians see their assigned jobs, run inspection checklists, log chemical treatments, take photos, and capture customer signatures — all from their phone or any browser.
What’s the chemical database?
PestPro comes pre-loaded with 500+ common pest control chemicals including EPA registration numbers, active ingredients, and categories. You can also add your own custom chemicals.
How do inspection checklists work?
Admins create checklist templates with custom items for each pest type. In the field, technicians tap each item to mark it as passed or flagged, and can add notes to any flagged issues.
Can I generate service reports?
Yes. Once a job is completed, a full service report is automatically generated with inspection findings, treatments applied, photos, and the customer signature. Reports are printable directly from the app.
Is my data secure?
All data is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Your company data is fully isolated — only your team members can access it. Authentication uses secure, proven infrastructure with strict access controls.
